She takes great pride in her profession and has a passion to provide clients with the ultimate customer service experience. As an office manager for CDS Mortgage Reports, Inc. for 12 years Monica was responsible for managing a staff that serviced mortgage loan officers, processors and homebuyers. She advised clients on credit reporting issues and made sure that her staff was in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and with the major credit bureaus Equifax, Experian and Transunion. In 2005 with a desire to service the homebuyer directly Mrs. Mudie transitioned into the mortgage loan origination industry. Her dedication to service the customer, knowledge of credit and years in the mortgage industry has allowed her to soar as a referral based loan originator for the past several years. Her client’s trust in her ability to be reliable, accessible, confidential and informative during their mortgage process; has not only earned her their continued business but also the business of their family members, business associates and friends. Mrs. Mudie attended Tuskegee University in Tuskegee, Alabama from 1986-1992 and majored in Business Marketing. Mrs. Mudie resides with her family in the suburbs of Metro Atlanta. When not working she enjoys reading, exercising and spending quality time with her children. She is active with her local church and takes pleasure in participating in community activities.
